Machines purchased under the MWM Technic brand are under warranty against production, material and product defects for 2 years.

Warranty Period: 24 months

The warranty period starts from the invoice date of the machine and continues for the next 24 months.

The following situations are excluded from the warranty:

— Malfunctions caused by use.

— Wear or malfunctions resulting from natural causes.

— Malfunctions that may occur as a result of use other than those specified in the user manual.

— Malfunctions that occur as a result of adjustments, changes or add-ons made to the product without our knowledge.

— Malfunctions caused by the use of spare parts supplied outside our company.

— Malfunctions that may occur as a result of the ground where the machine is located.

– Machine parts and parts that break down under warranty are replaced or repaired free of charge.
