RWPM model razor wire profiling machine enables to continuous profiling without clipping. You can produce rolls from 400mm till 1100mm diameter. Would the razor wire profiling machine alone be sufficient for razor wire production?

What type of razor blades can the razor wire profiling machine (razor wire producing machine) produce?
You can produce BTO10-BTO12-BTO15-BTO18-BTO22-BTO25-BTO28-BTO30-CBT-60-CBT65 and all BTC models.
What diameters can be produced with the razor wire production machine?
You can produce razor wire in minimum 30cm and maximum 110cm dimensions. Razor wires with a diameter of 110cm are outside standard production and require special add-on parts, and the necessary additions are made by our company.
What is the production capacity of the razor wire machine per hour?
Although it depends on employee performance, there is a minimum production capacity of 125Kg/hour. After the practical acquisition, 1 hour production will be minimum 150Kg/hour. As a result of the tests and trials, a much higher production capacity has been reached.
